The Fighting Irish Alumni have battled to the title game of The Basketball Tournament in Philadelphia. At stake in their game against Team Barstool, made up of some former Big East opponents, is $500,000, some of which is earmarked for Coaches vs. Cancer.

The title game will be played on June 28th, but the location is to be determined. The team receiving the most votes can pick the venue, so if we want our hoopsters to play in Chicago, they need our votes.

If you signed up originally to vote the team into the tournament, the site and login are the same. If not, they’ll ask for a registration, but hey, that’s why we all have spam-catcher email accounts, right? And for the record, I have not received any spam associated with the signup.
