Welcome to the second round for our first eight seeds. Although we haven’t seen any upsets like you’d usually see in March Madness, the event is young and there’s still plenty of games to consider.
Round 1 Review
Game 1
[crowdsignal poll=10536924]
Certainly no upset in the first game — the win to get Notre Dame to its second Elite Eight carried a lot more weight with the voters than the BB&T championship.
Game 2
[crowdsignal poll=10536927]
A win over #1 carries the day here as well, and the Boeheim Exception works its way into round two.
Game 3
[crowdsignal poll=10536930]
First upset of the tournament here. I guess I’m not the only one willing to look past an NCAA tournament win for an entertaining result. That or our Boeheim antipathy runs even deeper than I think it does.
Game 4
[crowdsignal poll=10536932]
Another (very minor) upset here, but much closer than the other races.
Round Two
Onward and upward. Like the NCAA’s, we don’t re-seed after each round, so Cinderellas follow their set path. Unfortunately, that means one of our Syracuse gems will be left behind, but we shall persevere.
Only two questions to answer this time, and you’ve got until 11:59pm EDT on Friday, April 17th to noodle them. If you need a refresher on what happened in each game, round one is linked here.

Looks like I picked the underdogs this time
