And I agree A&M very likely is on the 'wrong' side of that difference, as much as one exists. I'm sure ND, institutionally, has no desire to be on that side.

But Ala-freaking-bama, of all places, can't possibly have zero skeletons in their closet on this topic. Frankly, I doubt anybody does, even ND, as much as they'd try to avoid it.
