Classic Irish hockey. 4 passes back and forth. Neither player would shoot.

It started last weekend, but we reverted back to super conservative play on the blue line in the o-zone. If there's anything remotely close to a change-of-possession, the D are backing up out of the zone (there were even a couple times when D backed up even when we had clear possession). So even when we win the puck battle it's a short-lived 3-on-5 disadvantage....which essentially concedes possession back to the opponent. It's exactly how we played in prior seasons. And we will not compete against B10 offenses if we keep it up. The best "defense" is keeping the puck in the opponents zone.
