Best of luck to her. I'm sure this is her dream job. She showed at SW MO State that she can recruit and develop players. But she did not have the same kind of pressure there that Tenn poses, but she must know that.

Harper arrived in 2013.

While Missouri State certainly doesn't have the same level of pressure to win as Tennessee (not many schools do), Missouri State made a Final Four in 2001, crowds are still pretty solid, and Jackie Stiles, one of college basketball's all-time great players, has been on her staff the whole time. So she has worked at a school with some sort of history (that probably is no longer attainable in the current collegiate landscape).
