Aside from someone hacking her account, which she admits didn’t happen, there is no possible interpretation of that that isn’t horrifically terrible.

She’s lucky she wasn’t permanently banned from the pool. There is no witch-hunt. There is simply a young woman who made an extremely poor choice and has to deal with the consequences.

Imagine for a second if the tables were turned and Rapinoe said that about her.
