It would be McIntosh.

Stepherson had multiple violations, Holmes had a publicly disclosed arrest (with Stepherson) and Tiassum doesn't appear to figure into the plans. But there would appear to be room for McIntosh in the TB rotation.
Was Tiassum run off the team? *
